Our Board

Daelyn is the CEO and co-founder of Rollin’ Dreams, along with her husband, Kris.  She was so humbled and grateful for the outpouring of love while her teenaged son battled terminal cancer that she became passionate about giving back and helping other teens who are going through treatments for cancer and other life threatening illnesses.

Prior to her son’s diagnosis, Daelyn taught elementary students for 19 years.  She was also in charge of staff development and mentored new teachers during her career in education.

When not working on Rollin’ Dreams, Daelyn loves to go jeeping with her husband and her oldest son, Chance, ride her dirt bike or motocycle, wake board, scuba or snorkel, read, doodle via zentangle art, machine embroider and create crafts of all kinds.

A pink and white ’67 Mustang coupe is Daelyn’s classic dream car.  The car she would love to have now is a 2013 pink or purple 4 door Jeep Rubicon totally tricked out.  Her “I wish” car would be a Shelby Cobra.

Louie serves as Board Chairman for Rollin’ Dreams and considers himself  “extremely fortunate to direct an energetic and dynamic board in charitable promotion and fundraising support.”

A Colorado native, Louie has been a successful business owner and community leader for more than 20 years.  His firm, Benefit Resource Group, is a leader in the Employee Benefit/Group Health Insurance industry.  He serves as a board member with Progressive Health Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting wellness solutions to employers and those battling cancer.  Louie is also Board Chairman for the DTC Chamber of Commerce.

Louie’s spare time is spent with his wife and two daughters.

Jeni is an auto unit manager at Travelers Insurance.  Previously, she has worked in education as a tutor in Adams County, District #50 schools and with Results Learning.

She also worked as an administrative assistant for AVID, an educational program in public and private schools throughout the world.

Jeni is passionate about inspiring youth to challenge themselves to take an active role in their communities through volunteer service.  She believes community service provides opportunities to learn the essential life skills of communication, leadership and working with others from all walks of life.

When not volunteering or working, Jeni enjoys vacationing, visiting friends and family, dining out, cooking, beer sampling, reading and running.

Her dream car is a ’67 Camaro.

Kris currently serves as the Vice President for Rollin' Dreams.  He is the art director and photographer for Kwik Tek, a large water/snow sports company that makes water tubes, wake boards, snow tubes, snow shoes and more!

Kris enjoys spending time with his wife and family.  In his spare time, he enjoys 4x4ing in the mountains, riding his motorcycle or dirt bike, wake boarding, and playing with his puppies.

Kris's current car is a 2013 Dodge Durango, and his dream car is a '67 Camaro with a twin turbo 613 ci Nelson racing engine.

Jeanne currently serves as the secretary for Rollin' Dreams.  She spent 29 years helping students as a teacher, counselor and administrator. Jeanne then spent 12 more years working with teachers and counselors as a consultant/trainer for the AVID program and as a new teacher mentor in the alternative teacher licensure program.  She has also belonged to the local Optimist club, whose motto is “Friend of Youth” for 26 years.

Jeanne’s passion for helping youth is now directed at assisting her daughter (Daelyn) with running Rollin’ Dreams.  She wants to do anything possible to alleviate the stress and boredom teens experience during cancer treatment.

In her “free” time, Jeanne loves to travel, preferably by cruising, golfing, bowling and spending time in Colorado’s mountains.  She also spends as much time as possible with the rest of her family --- two more children and five grandchildren.

Jeanne grew up loving new cars.  Her favorite was a ’77 gold Camaro with cream interior.  Her “I wish” car is a new Mercedes SLK convertible or Jaguar XJ model.
